  Awful service if I could give them less than one star I would. We booked a 20 ft truck and they put us down for a 26 ft without telling us. Which was bad enough since we were moving into an end unit on a narrow street. We were supposed to get it at 9 am and when we showed up to pick up the truck they told us it wasn't there. Apparently the guy who had it last had not brought it back yet. All this while I had movers waiting at my house. Finally they found us a truck in Brampton. So we had to drive 30 minutes to Brampton and back to milton. All in all it was a 3 hour delay!!!!! That's the 3 hours of extra mover time and daylight. We had to move in the dark and I'm a truck way too big for the street.

  Supposedly open at 7:00 AM but no employee here at 7:53 AM.. Have a 7:00 AM reservation. Thanks for wasting my time Uhaul Milton.

  After all that we weren't allowed to return the truck to milton and had to drive it back to Brampton. After promising to give us a discount for out inconvenience we received a bill that's marked up!!!!
