  What is with these machines? It aint rocket science, guys, to make a bloody washing machine that WASHES!!! I've lost count of how many times I've had to phone/put up a sign because the machine failed to wash or spin dry. They charge enough for these things and yet they are constantly effing up. There's nothing more frustrating than to have to make extra trips, down to the laundry room, because yet another machine didn't operate properly and you open the door, and your laundry is WET....HEAVY, SOAKING WET so now, it will take two or three trips through the dryers, at $2.00 each, which they better include in the refund for the washer that DOESN'T WORK because if not, I will be calling them.

  This company refuses to clean their machines and keep up with maintenance and because of this, recently I have lost over $500 worth of clothing due to it. They are refusing to take responsibility of their machines damaging my clothing, and are refusing to reimburse me. I will make sure this company gets not a dime from this entire building after this.

  This company has the contract for the laundry room in the building I live in. I have yet to see a service person there. I have spent way too much time calling them regarding faulty washers and dryers, when I remember to do this and when I have the time to sit in queue until someone answers. They have older machines. The dryer screens are broken. They charge more for their machines than the building I used to live in, where the machines were newer and frequently maintained. I do not know why any property management company would use them when there are others who provide much better service. Right now my towels are hanging all over my apartment because the dryer failed to do its job and I'm out the money it cost me to use the dryer.

  Horrible company!!! No regular maintenance done on washers or dryers. Cost way too much to do one load of laundry $5 for one load of clothes and because machines are not well maintained I have had to rewash clothes due to machines not wetting clothes properly and also stopping in machine so do not go through spin cycle. Then the dryers do not dry clothes, also dryers still run after they have stopped and blow all the lint at you when door opens. Monthly cleaning and maintenance on all machines would be a great concept since they get used by many people in a building many times a week. Wish my building had stuck with coins for laundry and just put a change machine in. Maybe time to move onto going to laundry mat for cleaning clothes.

  This is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. They do not maintain their washers/dryers properly or regularly. I have lost money because the machines often break down in the middle of operation, requiring me to transfer my clothes to another machine. Asking for a refund is a complete waste of time. If your apartment uses these machines, I urge you to stop supporting them and use a nearby laundromat. I will be following up with a complaint to Effort Trust as well.
